I graduated from Olds College in 2016 from the RVT program. Started in the animal industry in high school with a Co op placement in saint john. Originally I fell in love with grooming and ended up getting my certification in Moncton. I opened my own company and worked full time as a groomer for over a year. This was not fulfilling enough and I went back to school to become a veterinary assistant. It didn’t take long working in practice as an assistant to realize my true passion was to become an RVT. I moved to Alberta and graduated from Olds College in 2016. I have been working as a technician ever since. My passion is in animal behavior and being an advocate for animals. I enjoy working in radiology especially orthopedics. Outside of work I spend my time with my family and Border collie Bobbie. We love the outdoors and spent the warmer months exploring and biking whenever possible. During my downtime I enjoy cooking, crafts reading and learning new things.
